What's the most interesting thing you've seen while snorkelling?

I’ve been to the Great Barrier Reef and Hawaii as well as gorgeous other places. The most amazing things I’ve seen underwater beside colourful coral and fish, are turtles and stingrays! What about you? Share your story! :)

Passions of Paradise

Passions of Paradise is a 25 meter spacious sailing catamaran, travelling at a top speed of 16 knots it takes around 2 hours to travel to Paradise Reef on the fringes of the Outer Great Barrier Reef.

Departing everyday from the Marlin Marina at 08:00 am Passions of Paradise is comfortable and big enough to find a perfect the perfect position to relax on the sail out and back from the reef.

Passions of Paradise is ideal for snorkelers and divers that would like to combine their adventure with a sailing adventure, the trip does not offer a mooring pontoon but this is should not be a problem as the open plan deck and internal cabin provide more than enough room to be comfortable when you are not snorkelling or diving, Passions of Paradise also operated a glass bottom boat, this is a fantastic as it allows you to experience the reef without getting your hair wet or if you have had enough snorkelling.

M.V. Sunkist

M.V.Sunkist is a fast 60-foot monohull diving vessel operated by Cairns Dive Centre, M.V.Sunkist travels at 24 knots and can have you at the Cairns Outer Great Barrier Reef in 90 minutes.

Departing everyday from the Marlin Marina at 08:15am the M.V.Sunkist caps its trip passenger numbers to 25 thus allowing its passenger to experience the Outer Great Barrier Reef without the crowds of the bigger boats.

The M.V.Sunkist is ideal for snorkelers or divers looking to escape the crowds and who are looking for maximum time in the water, the day trip does not offer a large vessel or mooring pontoon and therefore is not really suited to families, older passengers or people looking to do glass bottom boat tours.
